How many studio hours does a member get?

Every membership includes up to 18 studio hours per week. Six hours per week are guaranteed and pre-booked. Peak memberships have the ability to pre-book an additional 3-hour off-peak slot per week. Lastly, every membership has the ability to book any additional available slot within 48 hours of use.

How do we get our preferred slots?

Every membership comes with a core six hours per week - these are in recurring timeslots that are booked two months in advance.  This ensures everyone can rely on regular studio time that fits their schedules. Of course, you can still reschedule these and move them to any available slots. And if you're in a bind and would like to request a swap with another member, we will help to facilitate that.

How do I book the studios?

Once you become a member, you will have access to the booking schedule where you can reschedule your pre-booked slots and book extra slots.

Can we use both studios?

Yes, members can use either studio in order to increase flexibility in the schedule and ensure maximum studio time per membership.

Yes. There are storage lockers onsite available for £50 per month.

Yes, the studio is open 24/7 and every member will have their own pass.

Payment is monthly in advance by direct debit. If you start part way through the month, the first payment will be prorated.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

Canceling a membership is straightforward, just let us know and after a 30 day notice period, your membership will be cancelled.
